Head of Inspection at HeFRA Congratulates Alex Segbefia on Appointment as Chief of Staff to Vice President
Members of the Health Facilities Regulatory Agency (HeFRA) have sent a congratulatory message to Mr. Alex Segbefia on his new appointment as Chief of Staff to Her Excellency Prof. Jane Nana Opoku Agyemang, the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana.
In a statement issued and signed by the Head of Inspection at HeFRA, Mr. Daniel Asamoah emphasised that Mr. Segbefia’s appointment is a testament to his outstanding leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the progress and development of Ghana.
According to Mr. Asamoah, Mr. Segbefia as a seasoned public servant, has consistently demonstrated his ability to unite diverse groups and contribute to the advancement of national goals.
“Am proud to congratulate Hon. Alex Segbefia, and I recognise the important role he will play in supporting the vice president.
His wealth of experience, professionalism, and passion for public service will undoubtedly serve as invaluable assets to the Office of the Vice President,” Mr. Asamoah noted.
The Head of Inspection at HeFRA explained that Mr. Segbefia under his watch as the health minister created initiatives that brought significant growth in the work of HeFRA and its staff.
According to him, Mr. Segbefia in his days as the minister of health established a great rapport with staff in the health sector, which strengthened, and inspired members of the agency to release their potential.
Mr. Asamoah expressed confidence in Mr. Segbefia’s ability to continue exemplifying the human values of hard work, integrity, and selfless service to the nation.
“We do not doubt that he will excel in his new role and continue to make both the country and the people see an improvement in governance,” he reiterated.
