Former President of the United States of America (USA), Mr. Donald Trump is cruising back to the White House for a second term, following his historical election victory.

This win makes Mr. Trump the confirmed victor of the 2024 U.S. presidential election.
In the early hours of Wednesday, November 6, 2024, Mr. Trump took the stage to declare victory after projections showed him winning crucial battleground states, including Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Georgia. Shortly after, the Associated Press projected Wisconsin in his favour, solidifying his path back to the presidency.
“We made history for a reason tonight, and that reason is overcoming obstacles no one thought possible,” he said, calling it “the most incredible political achievement.”
With wins in these critical states, Trump’s victory appeared certain.
Polls across the country closed on November 5, with voting proceeding smoothly overall. A candidate needs at least 270 Electoral College votes to win the presidency.
